As you can see from my attached resume, I have been teaching at Canterbury School for almost one year. I am positive that I will obtain full certification through the alternative-route program. Since I pass through phase 2, I expect to be fully certified in August. My working experience includes various prior child-focused occupations. Therefore, you can rest assured that you will hire a professional with a proper level of expertise in the development of children.
My preliminary year has brought many new things to my career and personal skills. I am proud that I have successfully implemented new and interesting teaching methods. I am positive that I provoke my students and support them to learn in a creative and semi-casual environment. For this reason I use game strategies, process-oriented training stations and teaching methods that suit different personalities of my students.
I also access students’ understanding as I incorporate Bloom’s taxonomy, so I am confident that I manage to achieve my classroom goals.
I think that my keys to success are my ability to quickly perceive pedagogical methods, my strong classroom presence, my self-organization that helps me plan and follow-up skills. Last but not least, I really like helping other people learn and adapt quicker. I am positive that I easily resolve issues. Since I possess strong communication skills, I manage to easily inspire others to learn. I always take on challenges and achieve goals since I am self-organized and diligent.
