1) Be creative
In your apply declaration it is from an extremely importance to be as much as creative. The point is your resume to be picked out from the others. Imagine that you are the manager of a company and you need a business consultant. There will be a hundreds of resume in his office- but only 10-20 people will be invited to an interview. Draw up your application in a new, nontraditional way which is going to attract his attention. Do not insert your negative qualities- only the positives. Change the order of the fields. It is scientific proved that people is more attracted when there is a few paragraphs, roundabout with a text, which is praising you .
2) Use only formal style of writing
Despite of the friendly set-up in the interview do not use informal style of writing. Your future boss expects from you to polite as much as possible, because you`re the one who is applying from this job, not him. The motivation letter should be written with more concrete characters. Keep a distance from a form of address as “Dear Sir or Madam” and etc. Be more concrete- show that you have made a previous research about the company, even if it is not true. Be confident when you are defending your skills on the interview. Use words as “I know, I’m sure, I can “, instead of “I think, It is possible, Maybe” and etc.
3) The references
The true is that if you want to shine with your resume you have to make some contacts in the university or in the High School. The references from reputable professors and spokesman from big companies are one of the most certain sign for your success. Put your references on a different paper, attached to the resume or somewhere in the middle of it, but not in the bottom! Why? If the employer is not enough impressed from your skills and abilities he/she may not even considered taking a look of your references. If the references are on a different sheet of paper they can draw his/her attention.
4) Additional skills
The final section is the form for additional skills. Put everything you know in it, even if it is not related to the job, on a first place. Put some information about your driving license, different courses and etc. Do not hesitate to add your interests, as writing, in not so traditional areas and etc.
Your resume should be more attractive than the others. You have o hold the attention of your employer, if you want to be invited to an interview. Once you step into his/her office, the battle is in his wane.
