pain 300x199 Pain as MotivationI have nerve inflammation of the waist from about a week. I cannot stand, work or have fun. “You have to take a rest for a while!” said the doctor when he examined me. “I’ll prescribe a few injections, but the most important now is rest. You have to be laid flat all day so that the pain fades away. Don’t take any excessive load and soon you’ll be able to turn back to your daily routine.” he added before I leave.

After a few idle days (bed rest) I decided to write a few things about motivation. It’s a little uncomfortable, because sitting in front of the computer causes back pain, but I’d like to share a video with you that made me get up from bed.

I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. This urged me on to make a few things I was postponing for quite a while.

1. I started doing fitness again in spite of the doctor’s prohibition.

2. I took up with new things about the blog that I delayed from quite a while.

3. I found out that a man is as strong as his will is!

This is what pain did for me. It motivated me. That’s why I’m grateful to it!
