I’m looking for problems, chaos, and trouble. And, no, I am not trying to be funny. I have
expert knowledge in industrial management, and I’m good at problem solving. I know how to sort out problems, and I have a long experience in handling various issues. I don’t want to sound like bragging, this is a fact.
If you talk to the company I currently manage, they will tell you what a chaos they faced before I started and how it is now. The factory is running perfectly smoothly, the moral is high, and the profits constantly grow. No significant problems can be identified anymore.
I am not intentionally contacting your company, thinking you have serious problems to solve. I am planning to relocate to New York to be close to my family, and I’m contacting companies to see if they would need someone with my skills and ability to sort out problems. I am good at managing people, problematic issues, and in-house adversity. For me, the best approach is to involve everyone in the company, find out the source of problems together, and devise a strategy to eliminate it.
Throughout my long career, I have worked for many companies and my efforts brought visible results with regard to: updating systems and equipment, reducing operating expenses, and streamlining production.
And this is my real passion – I’d love to make your plant successful.
