Cover Letter and the Human BrainRecently, I discovered that the male brain weighs 1.2500 grams while the female brain – 100 grams less. The following idea occurred to me: “If every job seeker is endowed with roughly the same capacity /works under the same conditions/, what prevents him or her from writing a cover letter?

Do we borrow a “rented brain” when we pay to someone for the composition of our resume and cover letter?

Do you have to be qualified in order to succeed and get this job interview?

Firm no! The word “qualified” is quite subjective in itself. I wonder why some individuals are still afraid of writing their cover letters, though they have successfully managed with their jobs for five, six, or more years and have awesome achievements? Are they insufficiently “qualified” for that?

You may pay the big bucks and expect that someone does this job for you; however, I am sure that only people with positive mindsets get the job interviews.

Now it is time to be positive! This is the time to be motivated!

I have written several times on this topic. Just grab a piece of paper and a pen and write down your job-related achievements/ contributions to the company! Well, this is not an easy task such as scoring at a soccer game or playing cards, but it works. Every successful transaction, each satisfied customer, every completed project – all these are your achievements. They are a part of your cover letter.

Positive individuals are motivated. So – motivation is the key. Right now, it is two a clock in the morning, and I am still writing. What makes me do this – brain weight or motivation?
