It could sound like a stereotype, but I have known all my life that I want to be an attorney and practice employment and labor law. In order to achieve my goal, after graduating I achieved master’s degree in Human Resources and a Jurist Doctor with a Certificate in Labor and Employment Law, both earned at Antioch University. My plan in pursuing this goal is to move to Washington, D.C., which is the area where this field is really rapidly developing. For all these reasons I am applying for the position as first-year associate at your company.

People say that I can fix anything. While that might not be true, I do have a wide range of skills and experience
that can help keep your equipment and your facility running smoothly and safely.
I have spent my career building, fixing, and maintaining equipment for manufacturing and construction companies. I
have a strong natural mechanical aptitude and the resourcefulness to solve any number of equipment problems, and I
have continuously added to my skills through training, team projects, and the willingness to tackle just about
anything.
The enclosed resume describes the breadth of my experience, but it cannot convey the creativity and energy, I
bring to every job nor the satisfaction I get from making machinery and equipment run well.
