The job of the Quality Control is to require a staff, which is really experienced for the different job positions, to analyze the ability of the independent contactor or the employee to do the best job for the best possible price. I believe that I have that ability – to assess the work of one employee according to the quality standards. My aim is to achieve the best quality for reasonable price.
My last job position was a Senior Graphic Designer, for Adexa. For the director, the printers and the writer, I was acting as liaison, and I was also editing for the full project. Because of the fact that I had to supervise the work of all the others, I managed to develop my management skills. I became more efficient and at the same time I cost reduction, and all the deadlines were easily met.
